As previously posted, I came across a gratitude challenge and have decided to give it a go. Starting late on this is strange, but there is no point putting it on hold, waiting for January when I will forget or not do it at all.
So the first challenge, is why start this challenge?
Sharing a recent post with you regarding inspirational quotes that I use daily to assist with CBT, supported me to open up my world to you by making a positive impact to continue on a confident journey. I’m hoping this will aid in recovery with feeling joyful in everyday life. Therefore, I’m sharing this expedition with you as a consequence, recording this here on the Lady Mckew blog.
